Why do you need a maintenance contract?

  • A maintenance contract will maximise the longevity of your equipment also reducing energy running costs.
  • Regular servicing will prevent equipment failure which can lead to stock loss or damage, disrupting your business.
  • You will enjoy the benefits of priority service over non-contract customers.  
  • We will enter your equipment and room details in our database and maintain a product maintenance record which can be used to gauge running costs of old equipment against upgrading equipment.
  • We will contact you when a service is due and arrange a suitable time to carry out the maintenance.

 

During the 12 month period you will receive two (2) maintenance calls to carry out a service on your equipment as follows:  

  • Check gas and top up if necessary

  • Blow out condensers with nitrogen

  • Fit new filters if necessary

  • Clean evaporator coil

  • Leak test

  • Check for wear on door hardware and gaskets

  • Check and report on temperatures

  • We will provide detailed reports on equipment and any issues which require attention such as health & safety issues or equipment performance.  

If any additional work is required, a quote will be supplied, and we will discount the total price by 10% including parts and labour for our contract customers.
