Subzero Coldrooms is the complete package in the coldroom/refrigeration industry consisting of:

• A coldroom construction company providing quality products to our customers
• A service and maintenance department 

Subzero Coldrooms Pty Ltd commenced business in August 1996.  The company has steadily built up a good client base earning an excellent reputation in the industry for quality work, reliability and efficient completion times.

Brett Sherrin, the Owner and Managing Director has been constructing insulated panel in various forms since 1989.  Buildings include suspended ceilings, air conditioning housings, partition walls, coldrooms, freezers architectural awnings and soffits, abattoirs and bakery proovers.

Our Work History

We have been contracted to construct coldrooms, freezers, ceilings and partition walls for major supermarket and food chains such as Coles/Bi-Lo, Woolworths, Franklins Fresh, Action, IGA, Spar, Subway and Cocos in areas from Darwin to Northern New South Wales.

Large commercial projects have been constructed for major Queensland panel companies:

• OSI Foods at Brisbane Airport
• Hans Smallgoods, Colmslie (refrubishment of 3 x stages)
• Teys Brothers Abattoirs at Beenleigh, Innisfail and Naracoorte (South Australia)
• Australian Country Choice, Colmslie

We have been involved in some large hotel refurbishments around Queensland.

We have a loyal customer base, some of which have been using our services for more than 10 years.  These consist of major Queensland bakeries, food processing companies and wholesalers.

As well as these large projects we have installed small coldrooms and wine rooms in homes, bottleshops and retail outlets.
